El vino Monte dos Perdigões Grande Reserva Tinto constituye el auge de la producción vinícola del Monte dos Perdigões, siendo elaborado solo en años de calidad excepcional. Este lote tiene como base uvas de la variedad Alicante Bouschet y Syrah, provenientes de las viñas más antiguas del Monte. La fermentación ocurre en lagares de mármol alentejano, habiendo posteriormente envejecido durante 18 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés, de grano fino y tostado medio. Se produjeron solo 1743 Botellas.
