Vinificación del vino Madeira Barbeito Single Harvest 2010: Este Single Harvest resulta de la mezcla de mostos obtenidos con uvas originarias de viñas únicas, situadas en las costas Sur y Norte de Madeira. La mitad de las uvas fueron vendimiadas una semana antes de su maduración total, mientras que la otra mitad fue vendimiada en la semana siguiente. Se utilizó una pequeña prensa continua, obteniendo, con estas dos prácticas, una mayor acidez en los mostos. El proceso de envejecimiento en Canteiro comenzó en marzo de 2010, en barricas antiguas de roble francés. En noviembre de 2021, se embotellaron 3.001 unidades, todas individualmente numeradas.
