Vinificación del Lagoalva Grande Reserva Alfrocheiro Tinto: Procedentes de pequeños parcelas, las uvas previamente seleccionadas son vendimiadas a mano en cajas en septiembre, muy temprano para llegar a la bodega aún durante la mañana. Tras 3 días de maceración pre-fermentativa, la fermentación alcohólica se llevó a cabo en lagares de inox a 24ºC. Las masas fueron prensadas en prensa hidráulica y la fermentación malo-láctica se realizó en barricas (nuevas y de 2º año) de roble francés, donde permaneció 14 meses.
