Este espumoso, producido exclusivamente a partir de la variedad Baga, captura toda la esencia de la Vinha Pan. Se trata del primer espumoso en Portugal elaborado sin ninguna adición de sulfitos. Además, no pasa por procesos de clarificación o estabilización. La fermentación ocurre en tanques de inox, seguida de un envejecimiento de 30 meses en botella.

En boca, presenta una combinación armoniosa de estructura y finura, con un perfil firme y duradero. Es un vino elegante y seco, con gran persistencia y personalidad destacada.
El aroma de este vino es extremadamente complejo y profundo, con una ligera oxidación que le añade una notable complejidad. Notas de frutos secos, como nueces y avellanas, se mezclan con toques de cáscara de naranja y matices vegetales.
