En Quinta da Boavista, para garantizar la preservación de las características de la variedad y el control total del proceso productivo, recurrimos a la vendimia manual y a la selección manual de racimos, seguidos de un despalillado y un suave aplastado de las bayas. La fermentación de las uvas se lleva a cabo en barricas nuevas de madera francesa de 500 litros. Tras un período de maceración, el vino resultante continúa su crianza durante 16 meses en barricas de 225 litros también de roble francés. Todos los vinos están sellados con corcho natural. Al no ser filtrados ni estabilizados por frío, pueden dar lugar a un precipitado con la edad. Un vino que nos cautiva por su elegancia y vibrante gracia.
