Se trata de un Alvarinho que procede de una selección específica de viñedos plantados por encima de los 200 metros de altitud, revelando la mineralidad que une el suelo de origen granítico del terroir de Monção y Melgaço y la variedad de uva Alvarinho, mejorada con batonage y crianza sobre lías finas. . . La fermentación se realiza en depósitos de acero inoxidable a una temperatura superior a la habitual en los vinos blancos, mostrando un aroma elegante y más mineral con un final seco y persistente.
