Vinificación del Vino 2 (Dos) Quintas Reserva Tinto 2019: Las uvas, procedentes de parcelas seleccionadas de nuestras Quintas de Ervamoira y Bons Ares, fueron vendimiadas y seleccionadas manualmente, en cajas de pequeño volumen. Las uvas de Quinta de Ervamoira se vinificaron en prensas de granito y las de Quinta dos Bons Ares en tinas redondas de hormigón y madera. Tras desincubar y prensar en prensa vertical, el vino realizó la fermentación maloláctica en barricas de 6000 a 10000 litros. Durante 18 meses envejeció en barricas y barricas nuevas y de roble francés de un año. El vino fue embotellado en mayo de 2019.
Aspecto claro y brillante, denso y concentrado.
La estructura tánica es potente y pulida, lo que promete un excelente potencial de envejecimiento. El Duero Superior en su esplendor
Nariz rica, madura, sutil y ahumada. Entre otros destacan aromas que recuerdan a ciruelas negras, higos, duraznos, moras y tinta china, en una compleja armonía que expresa con gran elegancia la fuerza del año 2017.
