Vinificación del Vino Branco Ervideira Invisível 2022: De una selección de los mejores lotes de Aragonez, y resultado de una vendimia nocturna (cosecha de luna), nace este vino – Invisível. El mosto se transporta en camión frigorífico hasta la bodega. Allí es transportado por gravedad a la cámara de frío, donde permanece reposando durante 24 horas a bajas temperaturas. Tras este proceso, el mosto se inocula con levaduras seleccionadas y se realiza la fermentación a temperatura controlada de 12º C durante 15 días.
En boca se muestra fresco, con buena acidez y una estructura final muy elegante.
