No.3 es el resultado de una doble destilación en alambiques tradicionales de cobre, con tres frutas y tres especias:-Bayas de enebro: aportan a la ginebra su sabor característico y el carácter de la tradicional London Dry Gin;-Sweet Orange Peel: aporta frescura y notas cítricas. ;-Cáscara de pomelo: aporta frescor adicional;-Raíz de angélica: permite obtener una ginebra seca;-Semillas de cilantro: libera el aroma de limón y un final con notas de pimienta;- Vainas de cardamomo: aporta un toque aromático a las especias.
Notas florales, manzanilla y cardamomo especiado, sabores cítricos, en la base del sabor afrutado, completado con el picante del jengibre y la suavidad del cilantro.
Brillante, nítido y fresco, con una interesante presencia inicial de enebro.
