Vinificación del Vino 2 (Dos) Quintas Reserva Blanco 2022: Las uvas se vendimian manualmente y se transportan a la bodega en pequeñas cajas, separadas según la variedad y la parcela; el mosto se obtiene por prensado directo tras maceración en cámara fría. El mosto limpio fermenta en cubas de acero inoxidable (75%) y en barricas de roble (25%) francés y austríaco de diferentes capacidades, donde envejece, después de convertirse en vino, durante 9 meses sobre lías finas.
