Vinificación del Vino Branco Quinta das Carvalhas 2022: La uva se prensa en prensa neumática. La fermentación comienza en tinas de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura y finaliza en barricas nuevas de roble francés. Posteriormente realiza una crianza de 8 meses en las mismas barricas sobre lías finas.
Citrino brillante
Aunque en boca tiene mucho cuerpo, provoca una sensación de ligereza por sus sabores frescos y su viva acidez, finalizando con una persistencia muy limpia y refrescante.
Aromas muy finos y delicados pero muy intensos con notas de fruta con matices de vainilla y tostados, procedentes de la crianza en madera.
