La Quinta da Brejoeira, se encuentra en Monção y es una propiedad de 30 hectáreas, de las cuales 18 son viñedos exclusivamente plantados con Alvarinho. El ex-libris de la quinta y de la región es su palacio, una grandiosa construcción de estilo neoclásico, de finales del siglo XIX (1806). D. Hermínia Paes presidió los destinos de esta magnífica propiedad y fue la gran artífice de su éxito.
