Vinificación de Oporto KOPKE Cosecha 1987: Vendimia manual en su punto óptimo, la uva se despalilla, estruja y vinifica según un proceso que se basa en una cuidadosa maceración con extracción de color, taninos y aromas de los hollejos, complementada con permanentes remontados durante la fermentación. Esto se realiza en molinos, a temperatura controlada entre 28-30ºC, hasta alcanzar el grado Baumé deseado. En esta etapa, se agrega aguardiente de vino (beneficioso), creando un vino fortificado. Vino de gran calidad, procedente de una única cosecha. Envejece en madera durante periodos de tiempo variables, nunca inferiores a 7 años, y luego se embotella según las peticiones del mercado.

En boca, sabores intensos a frutos secos, suaves y deliciosos, bordeados por un toque fresco de naranja confitada. Buena estructura, bonito equilibrio y notable acidez. Acabado agradable y duradero
Nariz rica y aromática de higos secos, avellanas y nueces armoniosamente equilibrada por la presencia de especias.
