Vinificación del Vino Branco Cottas Reserva 2017: La uva se cosecha manualmente y se transporta en cajas de 25 kg, seleccionada, despalillada y prensada en la entrada de bodega. Tras la decantación estática del mosto a baja temperatura durante un periodo aproximado de 24 horas, el mosto clarificado se envía a depósitos de acero inoxidable donde se produce el inicio y la primera parte de la fermentación, momento en el que se traslada a barricas de roble francés donde se fermenta. Finaliza el proceso de fermentación alcohólica y donde se realiza un periodo de battonnage de alrededor de 7 meses sobre lías totales.

En boca muestra un excelente volumen, gran frescor y un final muy largo.
