Vinificación de Adega Velha 30 Años Aguardente: las uvas, seleccionadas por su alta acidez y bajo contenido en azúcar, dan origen a un vino ligero y equilibrado, que posteriormente se somete a dos lentas y cuidadosas destilaciones en un alambique Charentais, traído del Región de Cognac en Francia. Luego del proceso de destilación, el Brandy envejece en barricas de roble francés, provenientes de la región de Lemosín, teniendo el lote final una edad promedio de envejecimiento de 30 años.
Tono brillante y topacio.
Tiene un sabor intenso, una textura suave y aterciopelada marcada por una crianza de 30 años en barricas de roble de la región de Lemosín.
Aroma muy fino y puro, con el alcohol bien integrado en una fusión de aromas de vainilla, bizcocho y piel de naranja, rodeado de una delicada sensación de buena madera.
