Vinificación del Vino Quinta das Bageiras Pai Abel Branco 2021: es un vino procedente de uvas adquiridas con alrededor de 15 años, a los que se reduce drásticamente la producción. Se vinificó con pico abierto, la mayor parte se colocó en pequeños decantadores de 1 m³, donde permaneció de 24 a 36 horas para decantar mediante uso natural. Al final de este proceso fermenta en barricas usadas de roble francés y se compra en la región de Borgoña. Se hizo una conexión y se estancó en los barriles hasta que quedó completamente clara, naturalmente. Embotellado sin filtrar ni clarificar.
Nariz muy compleja y opulenta, fruta amarilla, mermelada suave, notas de bergamota y flores secas, especias, minerales, repostería.
