El vino Pêra-Manca se remonta al siglo XV. Fundación Eugénio de Almeida - Bodega Adega Castuxa. La primera cosecha de Pêra-Manca en 1990. Desde entonces se ha convertido en un referente nacional e internacional. Este vino blanco de 2020. Elaborado con uvas de las variedades Arinto y Antão Vaz, fue vinificado parcialmente en barricas de roble francés y depósito de acero inoxidable. Todo el lote está sujeto a una pasantía de 12 meses. Sobre lías finas, seguido de crianza en botella durante 12 meses.
