Manzanas verdes frescas, caramelo y un toque de nueces. Este es el sabor de la destilación más lenta que cualquier otra en Escocia, de la cebada que secamos al aire – nunca turba – y de los barriles de jerez seleccionados a mano, hechos de roble europeo y americano. En nariz es dulce, con aromas de caramelo y palomitas. Un poco de nueces, con manzanas verdes frescas. Al gusto, manzana verde, hierba, roble suave y un toque de regaliz dulce. Agrega una gota de agua y descubre notas de aceite de linaza y almendras.
