Las variedades de uva elegidas para esta cosecha fueron GOUVEIO y VIOSINHO ubicadas en la Meseta de Alijó a una altitud promedio de 600 metros ubicadas sobre suelos graníticos/de transición con una edad promedio de 30 años cuya productividad es del orden de 4.500 kg por hectárea. Uvas recolectadas manualmente en cajas de 19 kg, sometidas a un choque térmico (8 a 10ºC) antes de ser procesadas.

Miel, queroseno, madera muy bien integrada y con un toque de cera.
