Vinificación del Vino Tinto Superior Quinta do Soque 2019: las uvas, procedentes de Quinta do Soque, fueron transportadas en cajas plásticas para alimentos y sometidas a una rigurosa selección a la entrada de la bodega. Luego del despalillado total y ligero estrujado, el mosto se transfirió por gravedad a depósitos de fermentación de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada.
