Ginja Espinheira con Frutas es un licor tradicional portugués que se puede beber en Lisboa y otros lugares como Óbidos y Alcobaça. Elaborado a base de alcohol y obtenido de la maceración del fruto de la guinda, un fruto muy similar a la cereza, tanto en apariencia como en sabor, y que utiliza únicamente productos naturales, sin ningún tipo de conservantes artificiales en su elaboración. Este licor es una mezcla de dulce y amargo con un toque de canela. Por su dulzor es muy fácil de beber. Normalmente se sirve en vasos pequeños, llamado chupito, y se debe beber de inmediato. Tienes la opción de disfrutarlo con (con ellos) o sin (sin ellos) la Ginja en el vaso.
