Guru BrancoConcebido com vinha velhas com cerca de 71 anos com Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho e Gouveio. Vinhas com exposição Norte a cerca de 600 metros de altitude. Vinificação: A vindima realizou-se em perfeitas condições atmosféricas entre os dias 17 e 25 de Agosto. As uvas devidamente seleccionadas e desengaçadas foram prensadas numa prensa pneumática e a fermentação decorreu em barricas de carvalho Francês 8% novas, durante 8 semanas a baixas temperaturas e estagiou nas mesmas barricas durante 8 meses com “battonage”.
