Characterized by a small bunch, low yield and a thin, sensitive skin, this well-known French grape variety has been one of the main challenges for our viticulture and oenology team since its planting in 2001. This example from Quinta do Cidrô demonstrates a different facet than usual by incorporating the finesse and elegance of this typical Burgundy variety with the structure and minerality of the Douro.
