Produced from the Tinta Roriz and Tinta Amarela grape varieties, Cota 600 aged in new 500-liter French oak barrels. The red, “transparent in texture”, to be consumed fresh (between 14 and 16 degrees), has alcohol content and caloric content below average and is proof of the “exceptionality” of wines that come from high-altitude vineyards, in this case, at elevation 600, on the Alijó plateau.
Brilliant Ruby
In the mouth it presents good structure, freshness, soft tannins and lots of harmony. It is tasty and juicy, with a medium finish, but persistence.
Evident fruit, some passes and mild spices.
