Vinificação do Vinho Mouchao Tonel 3-4 Tinto: As uvas da casta Alicante Bouschet foram colhidas para caixas de 20 Kg e imediatamente vinificadas. Sem desengace, a fermentação decorreu em lagares com pisa a pés. Após a fermentação o vinho foi trasfegado para os tonéis nº3 e nº4.Estágio: Estágio ocorreu durante 36 meses nos tonéis nº 3 e nº 4 tendo a sua evolução sido avaliada regularmente em prova por forma a confirmar o seu engarrafamento como Tonel Nº 3-4.
