Vinificação do Lady Baga da Quinta do Vallado:As uvas são 100% de uma vinha virada a Norte na Quinta do Orgal no Douro Superior, com vinificação certificada em modo biológico. De modo a obter-se uma extração suave, 20% das uvas utilizadas foram cacho inteiro (não desengaçadas) e as restantes 80% não esmagadas (bago inteiro). Após uma maceração a frio durante 24 horas, as uvas fermentaram durante uma semana com muito pouca extração.Logo após a Fermentação alcoólica o vinho foi trasfegado para barricas usadas de 225 litros de carvalho Francês onde fez a Fermentação malolática e permaneceu durante cerca de 12 meses.

Muito suave e redondo, com sabor a frutos silvestres. O final é muito fresco com um ligeiro toque vegetal.
Muito complexo, onde predominam frutos silvestres e aromas de bosque com um toque a tostado da madeira onde estagiou.
