Vinification du Vin Esporao Reserva Rouge 2020 de 5 Litres : récolte séparée de chaque cépage, éraflage, foulage, fermentation alcoolique en cuves inox, cuves en béton et petits pressoirs en marbre, avec températures contrôlées, pressurage, suivi de la fermentation malolactique en cuve inox. Élevage : 12 mois en fûts de chêne américain (60 %) et français (40 %). Après la mise en bouteille, suivis de 8 mois supplémentaires d'élevage en bouteille.
