Vinification du Vin Esporão Colheita Rouge 2022 : Début de la co-fermentation des raisins dans des lagares, avec foulage aux pieds, à des températures contrôlées (22 à 25 °C), se terminant dans des cuves en béton. La maturation, après la fermentation malolactique, a eu lieu dans les mêmes cuves en béton, pendant 6 mois. Les conditions de micro-oxygénation, uniques à ce type de dépôt, cherchent à respecter le caractère du vin.
