Por ser especial, só podia dar origem a um vinho único e autêntico que agora designamos por “Olho de Mocho Single Vineyard”.Vinificação:Vindima manual em caixas de 12 kg. Após passagem pela câmara de frio, as uvas foram submetidas a uma criteriosa selecção em tapete de escolha, seguindo-se o desengace total e o esmagamento, muito ligeiro, do bago. Fermentação em cuba de cimento, a temperatura controlada, por um período de 11 dias.Estágio em barricas 500 L de carvalho francês por um período de 16 meses.Partilha o espírito do Natal com um presente que transforma cada momento em algo belamente memorável.#Conjunto Natal
