Galliano L’Aperitivo est un amer, ou en italien 'Amaro'. La recette unique du Galliano L’Aperitivo comprend de nombreux extraits et infusions d'agrumes méditerranéens tels que des oranges, des bergamotes, des oranges amères, du chinotto, des mandarines et des pamplemousses. Ce mélange frais de fruits fait que le Galliano L’Aperitivo se distingue par sa fraîcheur. La recette du L’Aperitivo inclut une subtile addition du cœur du Galliano L’Autentico, comprenant de l'anis méditerranéen, du genièvre, de la cardamome, du santal, de la sauge, de la lavande, de la menthe poivrée, de la cannelle et de la vanille. Cette touche du classique Galliano confère au Galliano L’Aperitivo son arôme riche, subtil et herbacé. Les ingrédients du L’Aperitivo sont macérés et reposés pendant au moins deux semaines pour obtenir la composition de saveur définitive de fruits, de plantes et d'herbes.
