Vinification du Vin Herdade das Servas Reserva Rouge 2017 : Les raisins sont sélectionnés sur la table de tri, éraflés, suivis d'une macération pré-fermentative. La fermentation a lieu en lagar et cuve en inox avec contrôle de température. Élevage : Après la fermentation malolactique, le vin a été élevé 12 mois en fûts de 1ère et 2ème année de chêne français et américain. Après mise en bouteille, il a reposé en bouteille pendant 10 mois dans notre cave. Pour préserver toutes ses qualités, ce vin n'a pas été stabilisé, pouvant naturellement créer un dépôt.
