Vinification du Vin Herdade das Servas Reserva Blanc 2019 : Après le désengagement et le foulage, les raisins sont pressés dans un pressoir pneumatique avec protection contre les oxydations. Décantation statique pendant 48 heures et fermentation alcoolique en fûts de chêne français. Élevage : Une fois la fermentation alcoolique terminée, le vin a vieilli 9 mois en fûts de chêne français avec un batonnage régulier. Après mise en bouteille, il a reposé en bouteille pendant 6 mois dans notre cave.
