The grapes were hand-picked and immediately destemmed. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperatures between 24 and 26ºC. After the fermentation was completed, the wine was kept in post-fermentation maceration for a period of 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in the tank. Subsequently, the wine was transferred to 500 L barrels and 25hl foudres, where it aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and 18 months in bottle.
