Vinification of Quinta do Poco do Lobo Reserva White Wine 2018: The best grapes from our Quinta do Poço do Lobo were harvested at the ideal moment of maturation, de-stemmed and crushed, and then macerated at 10 ºC. After pressing the wine masses, the must was clarified and fermented in wine-filled French oak barrels. Once the alcoholic fermentation was completed, battonage was carried out for 5 months. The aging on lees lasted for 8 months.

It has good gustatory freshness, is rich and persistent, characteristics that give it excellent ability to age.
Very complex, fruity, mineral, vegetable and dried flower notes. The wood notes are well integrated.
