Le Kopke Colheita 1981 est un vin de Porto rare et sophistiqué, produit par la plus ancienne maison de vins de Porto, Kopke, fondée en 1638. Fait avec des raisins d'une seule récolte, ce vin de Porto a vieilli pendant des décennies en fûts de chêne, développant des arômes riches de fruits secs, de caramel, de miel et d'épices, avec une acidité équilibrée qui rehausse sa complexité. Avec une texture soyeuse et une longue finale, c'est un vin idéal à déguster lentement, parfait pour s'accorder avec des fromages affinés ou des desserts à base de fruits secs.
