Adega de Borba Garrafeira 2017 tintoFoi elaborado a partir das vinhas mais antigas da região, instaladas em solos de xisto, com um controlo rigoroso da produtividade de uva e acompanhamento da evolução da maturação em cada casta e talhão ao qual se seguiu o processo de fermentação alcoólica em lagar de inox,com pisa mecânica moderada,terminando em maceração durante 10 dias,sob controlo de temperatura a 24ºC.O vinho estagiou 12 meses em barricas de carvalho francês e americano. Após ligeira filtração, ocorreu o engarrafamento e um estágio final em cave de 30 meses em garrafa. Estágio de 12 meses em barrica
