Quinta dos Aciprestes surrounds the Douro River with its gentle slopes, in an area completely replanted with the noblest varieties of the Douro Demarcated Region. Located between the sub-regions of Cima-Corgo and Alto Douro, its vineyards benefit from a microclimate, which offers ideal conditions for the ripening of the grapes.Vinification of Quinta dos Aciprestes Grande Reserva Red 2015: Fermentation and maceration takes place in vats stainless steel with temperature control. 50% of the wine ages in new French oak barrels for a period of 18 months, in the best conditions for aging.
