O Pio Cesare Nebbiolo Langhe Tinto 2023 é um vinho cem por cento Nebbiolo das Langhe, envelhecido por aproximadamente 24 meses em grandes tonéis de carvalho (em parte francês e de Slavónia) e com um pequeno aporte em barrique. De cor rubi claro com reflexos granada, revela no nariz aromas delicados e refinados de frutos vermelhos (mora, framboesa), violeta, ginesta e especiarias doces. Em boca, expressa frescura vibrante, ótima elegância e taninos finos e bem integrados, com estrutura média e persistência agradável. Com 14,5% vol de álcool e potencial de guarda até cerca de 2029 ou além, é uma bela porta de entrada aos grandes Nebbiolo piemonteses, ideal para acompanhar risotos de carne, carnes vermelhas e queijos mais curados.
