Solos xistosos com argila e veios de quartzo. “Field blend”, onde as várias castas se encontram misturadas na vinha entre uvas brancas e tintas, onde a adaptação ao clima agreste e ao solo pobre em nutrientes é perfeita, dispensando-se a rega.Vinificação: Vindima manual, desengace total e esmagamento de imediato. Fermentação a cerca de 16 ºC em inox e pequena percentagem em barricas usadas de 500 Lts.Estágio: Curto estágio sobre borras finas com ‘batonnage’ depois da fermentação.
