Vinification of Souvall Grande Reserva Tinto: Careful manual harvest in boxes of up to 20 Kg. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and indigenous yeasts. Aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
