Porto Quinta do Infantado LBV 2021Vinificação: Mistura de castas das vinhas velhas, com predominância de Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional e Tinta Roriz. Uvas parcialmente desengaçadas, fermentação em lagar tradicional. Utilização de aguardente vínica (77% alc./vol) para interromper a fermentação. Estágio de 45 meses em balseiro antigo (depósito de madeira com mais de 100 anos).Muito leve no conjunto, é um LBV simples e direto, com fruta evidente, boa presença de boca e taninos já bem arredondados. Ambicioso e já em excelente forma para ser apreciado novamente.
