Ao longo dos anos a vinha foi-se enraizando e deu origem a um vinho com uma estrutura muito particular. Foi apenas quando estudámos o solo em pormenor que descobrimos a origem de tanta personalidade e textura. As raízes da nova Vinha das Romãs encontravam-se entrelaçadas com as das romãzeiras que ali ficaram a enriquecer o solo. O que sobrou das raízes das romãs tornaram esta vinha única.
