The grapes were harvested at the beginning of November, showing an important noble botrytization. After pressing and the must symbolically decanted, it fermented for 1 month in wine-filled oak barrels. It matured in barrels for another 18 months.
Old gold
It is distinguished by its balance between sweetness and acidity, and its flavor volume, characteristics that will give it good aging potential.
Complex, intense and characteristic of heavily botrytised grapes, reminiscent of candied orange peel, dried apricot, marmalade, spices and toast.
