Na boca é vivo e com um ataque mineral. A mousse cremosa cria um excelente equilíbrio entre frescura e estrutura. Na base de toda a sensação de boca estão os frutos vermelhos maduros e uma contínua frescura mineral. O final é longo, tenso, marcado por leves notas tostadas que prolongam o prazer da prova.
Nariz que se mostra complexo, por camadas, revelando notas de morango silvestre, framboesa fresca e cereja, envoltas por um aroma ligeiramente floral. Depois, vem o brioche e um toque subtil de especiarias doces.
