Grambeira Grande Reserva TintoO Grambeira Grande Reserva Tinto é produzido com uvas típicas da região do Douro, tais como Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa e Tinta Roriz. São oriundas essencialmente de vinhas velhas situadas em solos xistosos com altitudes entre os 150 e os 650m. Vinificação: Tendo passado logo à partida por um processo de seleção na vinha, as uvas são vindimadas à mão e transportadas para a nossa adega em caixas de 20kg, que passam novamente por uma criteriosa seleção na nossa mesa de escolha. Depois seguem para o desengaçador/esmagador onde delicadamente se faz a separação do bago do cacho, provocando de seguida uma suave dilaceração na película, para promover o contacto do mosto com as partes sólidas, designado por maceração. Por último são enviadas para as cubas de fermentação inox com controlo de temperatura, onde vinificam separadamente, adaptando-se os trabalhos tais como: tempo de maceração, remontagens e délestages de modo a que se e extraia o maior potencial das uvas e se valorize o trabalho do viticultor. Estagia em barricas de carvalho francês de 225l durante 14 meses.

O fim de boca mantém o mesmo bouquet aromático, com umas subtis notas de madeira e uma excelente persistência.
Complexo, os aromas chocolate e café estão bem presentes apresentando também notas de especiarias.
