JM Branco - by José Miguel Alemida O JMB Branco DOC Douro é um vinho branco de excelência, produzido na Região Demarcada do Douro a partir de vinhas instaladas em solos xistosos. Resulta de um field blend de castas tradicionais durienses, refletindo autenticidade, elegância e identidade regional.Vinificação: As vinhas, conduzidas em sistema Guyot, foram vindimadas no final de agosto de 2020, preservando a frescura natural e a expressão aromática das uvas. A fermentação decorreu em cubas de inox com controlo de temperatura, seguindo-se um estágio de 12 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, que lhe confere complexidade, estrutura e sofisticação.
