Colome Malbec Estate TintoDesde 1831, são produzidos vinhos de excelência na Colomé, situada no Alto Vale Calchaquí, na região de Salta - Argentina.Quatro vinhas da propriedade são combinadas para alcançar a mais pura expressão da casta Malbec. A vinha Colomé (60%), situada em redor da adega, a 2.300 metros de altitude, constitui a base do lote, conferindo-lhe estrutura, complexidade e profundidade. A vinha El Arenal (25%), localizada a 2.600 metros, aporta elegância e frescura. A vinha La Brava (5%), a 1.700 metros de altitude, contribui com fruta madura de grande intensidade. Já a vinha Altura Máxima (10%), situada a 3.111 metros de altitude e considerada uma das vinhas mais altas do mundo, acrescenta notas florais e minerais, bem como taninos finos ao lote.As altitudes elevadas proporcionam uma maior exposição solar e uma menor proteção contra a radiação ultravioleta, originando uvas de película mais espessa, que dão origem a vinhos de sabor mais intenso e estruturado, equilibrados por uma acidez fresca.Estágio: 15 meses em barricas de carvalho francês de 2.ª a 5.ª utilização, seguidos de 6 meses de estágio em garrafa.
