Vinificación del Vino Monte das Servas Escolha Tinto de 5 Litros: Tras la recepción por variedad, las uvas son despalilladas y trituradas, seguido de una maceración pre-fermentativa. La fermentación ocurre en cubas de inox con control de temperatura. Estagio: Concluida la fermentación maloláctica, el vino ha madurado 6 meses en cubas de inox. Tras el embotellado, reposó en botella durante 2 meses en nuestra bodega. Para preservar todas sus cualidades, este vino no fue estabilizado, pudiendo naturalmente crear sedimento.
