From the mountains of Beira Interior, this red wine is born, made exclusively from the Baga grape variety, sourced from our oldest plots. With a vibrant ruby color, it expresses the rigor of mountain viticulture, at about 700 meters above sea level, where warm days and cool nights favor a slow and balanced maturation. The deep aromas of dark fruits and subtle notes of earth and spices stand out, while the firm, well-structured tannins give way to an enveloping and persistent freshness. The long, mineral finish reflects the authenticity of the granite soils. Ideal for pairing with rich and traditional dishes, it is a tribute to the legacy that shapes our future.
