Paulo Laureano Touriga Nacional TintoEsta é certamente uma das mais famosas castas tintas portuguesas, é a rainha das uvas tintas portuguesas, a Touriga Nacional é a casta símbolo da terra dos grandes poetas Camões e Pessoa. As suas primeiras referencias na história vêm desde há 200 anos. Tem a sua origem no Dão, mas seu cultivo há muito tempo ganhou importância em todo o território nacional, chegando ao Alentejo, mas sendo esta região um desafio para esta casta.Uma Vidigueira quente, condiciona o seu desenvolvimento e motiva alguma variabilidade de colheita para colheita, por essas razões, esta casta, como vinho varietal, só é produzida em anos de excelência. Após a sua chegada à adega, fermenta em cubas de aço inox e estagia posteriormente em barricas de carvalho francês.Notas de compota de frutos negros, alguma geleia de bergamota, folha de tabaco e especiaria. Massivo na boca, tem equilíbrio profundidade e um longo e agradável final.
